We would like to inform you that the decree law n°196 of 30th June 2003 ("Code concerning the personal data security") provides the safeguarding of people about the treatment of personal data. The data in our possess are usually collected directly from the person concerned. According to above-mentioned law, this treatment will be characterized by principles of honesty, lawfulness, transparency, and safeguarding of his/her discretion and rights. According to the article n°13 of the decree law 196/2003, we inform you about the following information:
Your personal data will be treated as follow: posting or mailing information about the activities promoted by Forst Beer S.P.A., contests, market research, and search and selection of personnel.
To give your own personal data is optional, and refusing to provide those data has no consequences, except eventually not to participate in contests, and receive information.
Concerning the purpose, the personal data will be collected through paper-, computer-, and telematic means, warranting the accuracy and discretion of the data.
For the development of some activities connected to the treatment of personal data, as already asserted, our company turns to external companies which work out activities that are functional for us, for instance marketing companies, Minister of finance, Earnings agency, ministerial corporations, and other corporations provided for by the law.
We inform you that, under the the first paragraph of the article 4, comma 1, lett. F) of the decree 196/03, the corporation in charge of the treatment is Forst Beer Spa.
The person in charge is Dott. Walter Unterthurner, domiciled, for his office, with the manager.
